Going under...
So, here is the entrance hole :/
First, Ryan goes in the house and puts this gadget on the ground. It sends a laser through the house so you can determine how low or high the floor is. (I can't explain it as well as Ryan did. Sorry.)
Then he takes his handy tape measure and does his thing. (I believe he is measuring the the length from the floor to the laser beam.) I enjoy watching him..2 weeks and 3 days and he will be my husband!
Now it's time for Ryan to get under the house. But first, he makes sure there is not any little critters waiting to come out and play.
He's almost in! This picture reminds me of the wicked witch in the Wizard of Oz.
And Ryan in action! LOVE HIM!!
"We" didn't finish but we did get the bathroom level! :) It's a start.

Before (Inside)
The kitchen...
to the left of this picture is the back door.
( No, we are not keeping the computer or guitar.)
Bedroom 1 (which is going to be the guest/office room). It is right off the kitchen and back door.
Door leading to hallway..
Looking at this door in person really let's you see how slanted the house is! (It's slanting down to the right)
Bathroom..
This is just a small closet next to the shower.
it doesn't look like much but the bathroom is actually a pretty good size. I forgot to take a picture but there is actually a large linen closet behind the door.
Bedroom 2, can be entered by the living room and hallway.
Living Room...
I'm standing in Bedroom 2 looking into the living room. LOVE the fireplace!
Front door
And to the right of the living room is the kitchen.
So there you have it! That is the complete tour of our home :)

A little honeymoon inspiration..
She has found two places that me and Ryan have to visit while we are in Portland,OR.
1.) Voodoo Doughnuts
2.) Pine State Biscuits
Both I am VERY excited about!
A little wedding inspiration..
Ours are different because we used curly willow instead of branches and the colors and blossoms look a bit different. But this is the basic idea.

Weekend 2
This house is very old and it's a pier and beam house therefore, it's not level. Ryan got the leveler out yesterday and determined exactly how unlevel it is. The results did not come as a surprise to me because the house is noticeably slanted. I do, however, feel bad for Ryan; he has to crawl under the house, jack it up, and make it level.
Ryan is planning on going over there Tuesday after work to get a start on making it level. So, he is going by there today to throw bombs under the house to kill whatever might have been living under there for the last 3 years.
Wish him luck!

It's Friday!!!
3 weeks
But, I am not going to stress ;), if they get done, they get done - if they don't, they don't!
The rehearsal/rehearsal dinner is three weeks away from today! The wedding is three weeks and one day away from today and the honeymoon will start in three weeks and two days from today!!
Thinking about all the festivities has put me in a great mood this morning!
I just love this picture, it's so simple and beautiful :)

So, our plan for the weekend is to tear out the interior of the house but we have a chance of SNOW/rain/wind tomorrow with a high of 39! Where does weather like this come from? I swear, only in Texas. Sunday is supposed to be windy with a high of 51. So, I can't promise that we will get over there Saturday but we are going to try for Sunday!! Wish us luck. :/

Things on my mind..
This is the first thing I was thinking about today...
but don't we all? I hate that money consumes your thoughts! Just breathe and live!! Song on my mind when I just wrote that... "I want to break free" Queen..love love love Queen. (wink to Tonya H.- she loves Queen too)

I am also thinking of the colors I want to paint the walls in our house. I thought I had a color scheme down but then I saw this one this morning...
I was thinking...the top left grey in the living room, the green in the kitchen w/ white/tan cabinets, and that's about as far as I've gotten. I want to use light blue, really light yellow, and tan in the other rooms but I am not sure what to put where?
I am still looking for other color schemes that might just blow me away!

Happy St. Patty's Day!
I am absolutely obsessed with Etsy.com. It's a website that sells strictly handmade or vintage items. I ordered Ryan's wedding ring from a shop called Fabuluster based out of Topsham, Maine. The ring, to say the least, is amazing. Ryan picked the design he liked for the outside and then in the inside is molded in the shape of my finger print. Here is a picture that Meegan Weaver, our wedding photographer, took during my bridal portraits.
Besides the ring, I have ordered lots of other items to help personalize our wedding day. Etsy is awesome because you can find almost anything, it's reasonably priced, and your helping out people who hand make the items they sell!
Here are some home decor items I have already fallin' in love with this morning.
Throw Pillows (each have a bit of green to celebrate this St. Patrick's Day)
found at Designed by Annabelle shop on Etsy
found at Lynnes This and That shop on Etsy
found at Elegantouch shop on Etsy
I hope all have a safe and green St. Patrick's Day!
