sit and be still.

Well I get on this blog often to read other blogs and have not felt like posting anything here. I know I am not the only one who often feels like the world is going way faster than I can go. I like to stay busy but I've been thinking a lot about how still I want to be. I just want to sit in the quiet and think about how blessed I am to have a wonderful hardworking husband who has given his life to this house of ours, my 21 month hold baby whom I don't want to be 2 quite yet, the little one in my belly that keeps growing everyday, and all my family who loves and supports this family of mine.

I think often about the fears I have of being a parent and raising kids in this society we live in. The things on t.v., the Internet, and the "things" our society deems important. I pray that God gives me the strength to be the rock I need to be and the example I should be. A child's innocence is something I cherish. Children are such miracles and I am so blessed to be Annie's and little baby H's mommy.

I have not posted in over a month so there is probably no way I can play catch up...so I will soon fill you on all that has happened. I really just wanted to say hello! I'm not lost just trying to figure out how to be the best version of myself for me and my family.

2012 in Review. Part 5.

Let's see. Part 5 starts in June: Annie starts eating more table food, we went to Austin to support Uncle Scot, Ryan started brewing beer, Annie started crawling, and standing strong. Memorial weekend we took Annie to the zoo for the first time (Frank Buck Zoo in Gainesville) then it started to get hot so we started to take dips in the mini pool.

2012 year in review. Part 1.

I think I am back up in running. So before I forget the details of 2012 I want to record them here.

This will be more or less a picture book year in review. Enjoy.
