Annie turns 2!!

I failed to get Annie's 2 year pictures until we went on a mini vacation this past weekend to our annual Oktoberfest trip. So..here she is, a busy body little girl who didn't really want to cooperate but luckily I got a few!

Such a sweet little girl! She has our heart :) 2 is starting out good. She is talking more but sadly we can't understand a number of things she is trying to tell us. She is so energetic and helpful around the house. I think she is going to be a great big sister!

birthday party.

Annie is turning two this week and we had her birthday party this past Friday and it was so much fun! Donuts, kids, family, friends, and a tuff piñata! I decided this party was going to be just family and very few of our friends. With such a large family we end up having a lot of kids and it works out great- this was a "small" party. I didn't want anything too overwhelming. I think everyone had fun! Enjoy the load of pictures I just dropped on ya.

The girl loves shoes. She jumped at the chance to wear Audrey's when she found them stranded and off feet.

Oh Sam wanted to be on the run! One, walking and on the go!

july 2013.

since I left this space so silent for so long i'll do a little catch up in pictures. july started with annie getting a trampoline (awesome craigslist find). she loves it. we did work in the backyard (shoveled around 7 tons of gravel into the backyard...ryan and i on a very hot Saturday morning). we've been attacked by grasshoppers. they are getting better but are still everywhere! annie is not a fan. we also had a few rain showers and cooler temps which make us all happy. not pictured is my birthday! i turned 28 and got to celebrate at my cousins wedding. it was wonderful and i feel so blessed to have made it to 28 and have such wonderful family and friends.

 

 now we look forward to august. camping trips (we bought a pop up and i can't wait to share more), more birthdays (ryan turns 30!!), wedding, and much more!
